Tatianna and I were actually coworkers a while back! So, I was thrilled when she reached out to me and told me she was referred to me for her engagement photos! And on top of that, I found out that these two lovebirds were high school sweethearts!!! (Which is maybe the cutest thing to me!!! 🥹)

Tatianna and Cameron’s beautiful engagement photoshoot took place at the historical Mission San Juan Capistrano. They decided on having their photos taken here because it reminded them of their own hometown, with the Spanish architecture and small-town vibes. The Mission isn’t just a museum or popular photo destination. It’s actually a well-known wedding photo location amongst people in the wedding industry!  

For their engagement session, the duo opted to have an outfit change. I love outfits changes because it makes it feel like they had multiple photoshoots! Tatianna first started off with some blue jeans, a flowy white blouse, and some brown booties. And Cameron had on some blue jeans, as well as a blue floral shirt and tan shoes. Then, for the second outfit, Tatianna changed into a beautiful long floral dress with some black strappy heels. And for his second outfit, Cameron switched out his first shirt for a white long-sleeved one. 

My favorite thing about this session in particular is how you can see, as the shoot progressed, how Tatianna and Cameron got comfortable in front of the camera. But if I had to choose a favorite picture, it’d have to be the one where they’re by the arch, the sun is shining on Tatianna’s face, and the two of them are looking and smiling at each other. 💕
